We will need a $ 200.00 deposit to hold your reservation.
The balance is due 30 days before your arrival.
This is a Non-Smoking home, and Pets are Not Permitted.
We require a $ 250.00 security deposit.
This will be returned to you after the house clears check-out inspection.
Cancelation Policy;
30 days or more prior to arrival - Full Refund.
15 - 29 days prior to arrival - Half Refund.
0 - 14 days prior to arrival - No Refund.
Early departures will Not Receive a Refund.
Bookings of five(5) nights or longer will not incur an inital cleaning charge.
There is No Daily Maid Service.
The home will be cleaned prior to your arrival, and again after your departure.
If you would like maid service during your stay we can arrange it for an additional fee.
